Preparation

Clean your lion’s mane with a dry brush, gently brushing away any dirt or debris.

Avoid washing or soaking it with water when you’re prepping it.

If your mushrooms become very wet, you may want to wring them out and lay them on a towel to dry before cooking with them.

To make into smaller portions; tear apart into bite-sized pieces, or gently slice with a knife into smaller pieces.
